Rebrand To Attract A Specific Customer Target Market

Roselins are a well established and respected Estate Agent in North London. The directors felt it was time to refresh and bring up to date their overall look and feel.
This was not purely a cosmetic make-over but with the strategic intent to attract in clients from Central London, particularly ‘hipsters’ who are looking to settle down and move out of the centre of the City. A new website was also going to be required as the old one was not mobile ready.
A full marketing consultancy identified the need to rebrand the website, social media and off-line materials (including ‘For Sale’ boards)
The first phase was to identify who the ‘ideal customers’ are to inform decisions around the rebrand. The directors also added a touch of their personalities, requesting a hint of ‘MOD’ influence (which is likely to appeal to the Hipster market and a touch of humour to be incorporated.
Once the strategy was agreed, a new mobile optimised was created taking into account ease of navigation and a clean crisp design.
