Crab Creative Agency is growing rapidly and needed extra external Web Analysis expertise to free up managerial time and to support them whilst securing full time resources. S4G were asked to work on a contractual basis to provided crucial web SEO, user experience, reporting and analysis for 3 international e-cigarette brands.
Additional support was required to set up, audit and align Google Analytics, Google Webmaster and Google Tag Master tools to ensure they were robust for on going monthly reporting to the clients.
Reporting was set up and aligned across the three companies for ease of comparison. Three Ecommerce sites were deeply analysed focusing on technical site build, how customers were responding to site design / site navigation and Ecommerce revenues that were being generated.
A thorough analysis of competitor websites was carried out to compare web ranking of the three brands in Google. Recommendations were provided to drive more traffic, conversions and revenue generation ready for implementation.
