Doubletree at Hilton contacted the team to explore new ways to engage with and attract new customers following a major refurbishment.
Already established as a leading hotel in the area a fresh approach was needed to inform local residents and businesses of the expanded service offerings and the quality of the services available.
A sustained social media campaign was devised including ways to promote events, restaurant offers and a brand new Starbucks concession.
Particular attention was taken to raise awareness to local residents and businesses who may not have been aware of the exciting new changes at the hotel. Pinpoint accurate local targeting and digital advertising were agreed upon to directly target customers, whilst driving up ROI.
Now moving into a second phase the campaigns have delivered substantial uplift and tangible benefits which will continue on a rolling basis.
